Job Description
Summary
Responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted promptly and provided with exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and show them to the table.
Assist to take in and manage reservations via phone, walk-in, email & website.
Respond to guest enquiries and communications.
Manage seating arrangements.
Ensure that dining area is clean and presentable at all times.
Provide guests with menu recommendations & answer questions they may have.
Attend to any special requests or needs the guest may have.
Handle cash & card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Upsell special promotions and events to guests.
Qualifications
Your Experience and Skills include :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with colleagues & guests.
Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests.
Able to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
