Mission

:

  • Receive price requests and calls for tenders and respond to them as quickly as possible.
  • Collect and synthesize information related to the file to be processed.
  • Analyze information and implement an appropriate commercial strategy in collaboration with the sales force, then codify the customer request according to the established analysis, by offering the customer the item meeting the requested technical specifications.
  • Send to the customer a price offer that best meets their request.
  • Ensure traceability and monitoring of processed files and strictly adhering to customs and export compliance regulations
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a international environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
