Scope of Activities
To carry out some or all of the following activities:
Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set
Organize your team(s) according to the activity (adjust staffing to match the workload)
Lead, involve and manage your team(s) on the basis of SeeD Routines
Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems
Make regular visual checks of team progress compared with the schedule
Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules
Manage your workshop by monitoring productivity, analyzing off-target drifts and proactively suggesting initiatives
Contribute to human resources management tasks (hiring, induction, training, annual appraisals, development of high-potential individuals, and qualification management for individual sites)
Introduce and monitor multi-skilling within the team
Manage issues in real time and decide on the actions required to ensure full delivery of the plan
Where a significant non-conformity is identified by the team, ensure that customer quality and delivery specifications are met, and take appropriate corrective action
Contribute to defining the resource requirements of your workshop
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workshop cleanliness, 5S implementation, etc.
Reassure and unite the team around change management
Provide meaningful interpretation of the targets set by senior management
Interact with customers and/or suppliers
Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager
Update dashboards, analyze data and identify significant events
Use your scorecard to report on the business activity and results for your scope of responsibility
Backup (or ensure the backup of) production data and documents
Administer workshop production documents (identifications, versions, IS links, authors, etc.)
Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel
Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)
