DevOps Engineer for Ticketing - OrderBusiness Environment
We're looking for a DevOps engineer for our Order (ORR) division, in charge of the R&D activities related to:
Order management system (OrMS)
It is a central module, part of Nevio, the new retailing platform. It interacts with retail layers (digital/NDC/touch point solutions), Offer Management system, Delivery system, Data Hub, order handling specific engines like revenue accounting, and as well, with external partners systems (e.g : Others OrMS systems).
Financial revenue accounting (ARA)
Revenue Accounting is the link between the PSS or retailing platform and an airline’s financial system.
Electronic documents, sales and financial reporting
This scope encompasses the E-ticket, EMD storage and associated use cases
Department’s mission is to connect the development, security, and operational activities supporting the Order domain, as well as foster the transformations linked to the operational topics.
As such, it is in charge of:
DevSecFinOps activities in Order division
Stability, Security and compliance improvements
Engineering Experience improvements
Major transformations impacting our way of working as well as the technologies we use Target Operating Model, FinOps, Curiosity
Your Main Responsibilities
DevSecOps (DSO) team is composed of talented people with DevOps, SRE, DBA profiles. People come from various experiences with complementary skillsets, in a dynamic, intercultural and international team.
As DevOps Engineer joining us, you will work on Ticketing solution.
Main duties will be related to:
Cloud transformation
Processes improvements through automation
Service continuity and compliance
Operational maturity of Ticketing
Who are we looking for?
5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
RedHat Openshift or Kubernetes skills
Strong understanding of CI/CD concept
Experience with automation
Experience in cloud implementation and/or migration (Azure)
Proficiency with Git
Experience with GitOps deployment practices
Experience with Docker containers
Experience with Jenkins or other tool providing CI/CD pipelines
Familiar with standard solutions for application monitoring and logging
Strong interest in the DevOps culture
Very good level of written and spoken English
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Curious to learn new things everyday
Autonomy: Learning on the job and explore with little supervision
Basic understanding of Agile methodology
