Detailed description of the mission:

- Event organization activities:

  • Prepare meeting presentations and minutes
  • Support for the preparation of PowerBi dashboards
  • Participate in the organization of events (Operator Conference, TechConnection, FOCUS, Customer Day, etc.)

- Activity Customer Satisfaction Survey Improvement Plan and project management

  • Consolidate all improvement actions
  • Prepare meeting presentations and minutes
  • Support in PowerBi/Qualtrics dashboard
  • Support communication with Customers

- Technical Support Activity

  • Identify recurring technical issues in the in service fleet which require specific investigation in terms of airworthiness, design, reliability or quality.
  • Participate in the definition of mitigation measures and resolution of in-service problems, in cooperation with the Program, Engineering and Purchasing departments.
  • Coordinate all activities to ensure accurate governance of the customer service and technical support knowledge database.
  • Coordinate the contributions of the Engineering, Quality, Program and Purchasing departments to ensure effective deployment of technical support actions to ATR operators.

This apprenticeship is designed for you

  • You have at least a Bac +2 in engineering or project management with the possibility of doing a work-study program. Knowledge of Lean management is a plus and understanding of the IT environment is a real asset.
  • You are proactive and come up with new ideas by proposing innovative solutions.
  • You have team spirit, ability to connect and coordinate multicultural teams and cross-functional activities.
  • You have good communication (written and oral) and relational skills.
  • You are fluent in French and English
