Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities:

Collect, verify and update all parts of the individual employee file

Enter, check and monitor individual and collective personnel data (vacations, time bank, absences, components of pay, bonuses, etc.)

Ensure time management (working hours, timekeeping, etc.)

Organize medical consultations

Maintain the Official Employee Register

Update all aspects of personnel administration (HR software, personnel records, files, etc.)

Supervise the administration of temporary staff

Supervise the induction of new employees

Act as the interface with the appropriate external organizations (CPAM, welfare providers, the Pôle Emploi national employment service, etc.)

Alert human resources managers of any inconsistencies in personnel records

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.

2 years’ further education in HSE.
