Job Description
Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
Assist guests with international calls and directory queries. Address guests by name whenever possible
Handle guests requests promptly, report complaints and irregularities to the Telephone Supervisor
Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations
Be aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers
Reveiving and posting all guest correspondences, items when requiered
Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features
Good knowledge of the softwares Material Control (MC), Cadena shift assignment. Key in the Cadena working shift for all Front desk’s staffs. Create a request/purchase when requiered
Filling Registration Card to guest folio after completed declairation. Ensure that there no lost of any them
Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
Qualifications
Minimum College education
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese
Good communication and customer contact skills
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
