How does your working day look like...
You take care of your guests during their stay in the banquet area
You are the contact person for our guests and also know how to deal with complaints
You are the first point of contact for our guests during the events
Setting up and converting the conference rooms
Preparation and supervision of coffee breaks
Coordinating the banquet business processes with the other departments in the hotel
Collaboration with the service and kitchen team
Conducting debriefings with conference guests and documenting individual customer requests for future offers and events
Preparation of the mise en place
Booking, cashiering and billing with the Micros POS system
