Your Key Responsibilities:
Source talent through job boards, social platforms, and networking
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for various roles
Collaborate with our global recruitment team to fill positions across Europe
What Were Looking For:
Fluent French (C1C2) and strong English (B2+)
Previous recruitment experience (BPO or multilingual roles is a bonus)
Strong communication and time management skills
Availability to work full-time as a freelancer
Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow
