To monitor technology developments, contribute to general technical architecture design and development studies, and take part in IT platform qualification.

Scope of Activities
To carry out some or all of the following activities:
Conduct system definition studies, as required
Contribute to the process of selecting solutions, suppliers and operators
Ensure performance optimization and capacity management for those environments within your scope of responsibility
Lead on transformation plans and projects
Assist with, and advise on, the implementation of technical solutions
Diagnose the causes of malfunctions and propose corrective actions and alternative solutions
Inform teams about technical developments to the system
Provide training in the use of new systems
Be involved in Service Management processes, such as incident resolution, problem resolution and request handling
Monitor technology trends in IS skills domains
Suggest solutions for improving system performance
Act as the recognized interface with experts and other domains
Set the rules for effective management of operating systems/telecoms networks
Qualify systems technically and functionally
Check that IS security, quality and other standards are applied
Certify components and applications developed
Ensure the improvement of the norms and standards applying to IT production
Define, optimize and implement IT production norms, standards, technical integration methodologies, maps and associated tools.
Assist with, and advise on, the implementation of technical solutions
Diagnose the causes of malfunctions and propose corrective actions and alternative solutions
Suggest solutions for improving system performance
Certify the system components, infrastructures and applications developed.
Contribute to conferences, forums and working groups
Teach and publish
The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel
Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)
