Rejoindre PVH, c’est travailler dans un environnement bienveillant où vous pourrez exprimer pleinement votre individualité.A propos de ce poste Voici les responsabilités qui te seront confiées : RSE - Communications mensuelles Vendredi, Mises à jour des collaborateurs sur la plateforme et Mises à jour des différents programmes dans l’outil- Conception d’un programme d’actions relatives au développement durable chez PVH- Participation à l’animation du programme Ambassadeurs ONBOARDING- Communication des nouvelles arrivées- Préparation et co-animation des sessions d'onboarding mensuelles JURIDIQUE- Rédaction des courriers simples disciplinaires- Rédaction des courriers relatifs aux fins de contrat- Rédaction des courriers relatifs aux périodes d'essais - Veilles juridiques- Gestion de procédures simples- Mise à jour des DUERP TRAINING - Traductions- Reporting mensuel et différents reportings selon les modules mis en avant- Communication interne des taux d'avancement - Organisation et coordination des trainings internes et externes COMMUNICATIONCommunications sans lancements de projets par mail et via nos outils internes PROCESSUS RH INTERNES- Cartographie des processus internes IRP- Organisation des réunions IRP (envoi des convocations & coordination transports)- Mise à jour de la BDESE A propos de l'équipe Tu seras rattaché.e au HR Business Partner, et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec toute l'équipe Ressources Humaines. A propos de toi Si tu es curieux.se, passionné.e par la mode et déterminé.e à transmettre des ondes positives, ce poste est fait pour toi ! Tu as idéalement une expérience similaire d’au moins 6 mois dans l’univers de la mode ou des ressources humaines au sein d’un environnement multiculturel. Tu maitrises le pack office, canva, mailchimp ou tout autre outil de communication ! Une première expérience d’utilisation de Workday (ou autre HR system), est appréciée. Les langues utilisées au quotidien sont le français et l’anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Tu disposes obligatoirement d’une convention de stage de 6 mois.Savoir anticiper, être réactif.ve et être force de proposition sont des compétences clés. For us, team spirit is essential, and we're convinced that working in a positive mindset contributes to performance!About You If you're curious, passionate about fashion and you know how to adapt fast, this job is for you!You ideally have at least 6 months' similar experience in the fashion/retail world in a multicultural environment. You have a good knowledge of the office pack, canva, mailchimp, workday or any other communication tool!Languages used on a daily basis are French and English, both spoken and written.You must have a 6-month internship agreement.Being reactive and taking ownership in your job are key skillsWhat can you expect from us ?
