Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, nous recrutons notre futur(e) :

REGIONAL MARKETING ORCHESTRATING OFFICIER (CHINA & RUSSIA) - CDI - H/F – situé à BOULOGNE (92) -

Au sein de la BU Medical Care, sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Marketing Régional et Global, vous assurez l’interface entre le marketing mondial et local pour optimiser la collaboration et la coordination des stratégies et tactiques mondiales et locales dans les pays de votre périmètre (Chine et Russie) pour maximiser l’orientation client et optimiser le parcours HCP sur les produits Mélanome BRAFOTVI MEKTOVI, cancer colorectal, cancer du poumon et cancer du sein NERLYNX.

A ce poste, vous :

Assurez la mise en œuvre locale de stratégies mondiales ;

Veiller à ce que les besoins des pays soient pleinement intégrés dans les stratégies et tactiques mondiales ;

Soutenez l’organisation d’événements mondiaux en assurant des communications locales à 360° dans chaque pays ;

Facilitez la cascade d'événements mondiaux en événements nationaux régionaux ou locaux ou développer des événements régionaux avec le soutien des pays ;

Facilitez le « partage des meilleures pratiques » entre les pays et assurer leur mise en œuvre dans d’autres pays, le cas échéant ;

Facilitez la collaboration entre les pays à l’échelle nationale ;

Soutenez le développement de matériels mondiaux avec mise en œuvre dans un pays pilote le cas échéant et déploiement dans tous les pays clés ;

Assurez l’interface entre le mondial et le local, recueillez les commentaires des pays et les fournir aux Global Brand Teams GBT ;

REGIONAL MARKETING ORCHESTRATING OFFICER (CHINA & RUSSIA) M/F – FULL TIME POSITION - located in BOULOGNE (92)

Within the Medical Care BU, under the responsibility of the Global & Regional Marketing Director, you will act as the interface between global and local marketing to optimize collaboration and coordination of global and local strategies and tactics in your designated countries (China and Russia). Your role is to maximize customer centricity and optimize the healthcare professional (HCP) journey for the products BRAFOTVI MEKTOVI for melanoma, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and NERLYNX for breast cancer.

In this position, you will:

Ensure the local implementation of global strategies;

Guarantee that global brand teams fully integrate the needs of the countries into global strategies and tactics;

Support the organization of global events by ensuring 360° local communications in each country;

Facilitate the transformation of global events into national, regional, or local events or develop regional events with the support of the countries ;

Promote the "sharing of best practices" between countries and ensure their implementation in other countries, as appropriate ;

Encourage collaboration at the national level between countries ;

Aid in the development of global materials, implementing them in a pilot country, if necessary, and rolling them ou in all key countries ;

Act as the liaison between global and local, collect feedback from countries and provide it to the global brand teams

Who you are ?

Profil :

Vous êtes issu d’une formation supérieure scientifique couplée à une spécialisation en commerce, vente ou marketing.

Vous avez une expérience de 7-10 ans en marketing et ventes locales et une excellente compréhension de l'activité opérationnelle et vous êtes un expert en exécution, vous avez des connaissances approfondies en oncologie, une expérience régionale ou mondiale serait un plus

Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation et vous êtes à l'aise dans l'engagement des parties prenantes

Fin négociateur, vous êtes à l’aise avec des partenaires internationaux et dans la négociation en langue anglaise.

Vous possédez un raisonnement quantitatif et Vous êtes reconnu pour votre précision et votre aisance avec les chiffres.

Vous avez le goût pour des interactions avec des interlocuteurs d’environnements variés.

Package de Rémunération :

Profile :

You have a higher education in science coupled with a specialization in business, sales, or marketing.

You have 7-10 years of experience in local marketing and sales and possess an excellent understanding of the operational business. You are an expert in execution. In-depth knowledge of oncology is required; regional or global experience would be a plus.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and you are comfortable with stakeholder engagement.

A skilled negotiator, you are at ease with international partners and negotiating in English.

You have quantitative reasoning skills, and you are known for your precision and ease with numbers.

You enjoy interactions with individuals from various backgrounds.
