The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.Finalité principale La Direction Juridique Groupe (19 juristes expérimentés, plusieurs chargés de missions et 3 assistantes, de 5 nationalités) apporte son expertise et ses conseils dans les domaines suivants : Droit des Affaires : Opérations de Fusions & Acquisitions et Partenariats Stratégiques, Opérations Financières. Droit des Sociétés et droit boursier, Regulatory, réassurance, ESG.Activité principaleLe/la stagiaire sera amené(e) à assister les juristes des différentes équipes de la Direction Juridique Groupe dans des projets tant français qu’internationaux, notamment : Droit des Sociétés : aide à la préparation de l’assemblée générale d’AXA, d’opérations d’actionnariat salarié mises en place par le Groupe, de la rédaction d’information réglementée (rapport annuel), de rapports requis par la réglementation Solvabilité II, recherches en droit boursier et des sociétés, secrétariat juridique, etc. Opérations Financières : rédaction de contrats de prêts, participations à des financements internes et externes par le marché ou bancaire, recherches en droit financier (boursier, bancaire, etc.),Opérations de Fusions & Acquisitions et Partenariats Stratégiques : recherches et rédactions de notes, due diligence, participations à des signings/closings ; suivi post-closing (garanties de passif),Préparation de divers supports pour la Directrice Juridique du Groupe dans le cadre de réunions de comités.Your ProfileDe formation Bac+5 en Droit des Affaires (droit des sociétés, droit bancaire et financier) et idéalement complétée d’une formation en Ecole de Commerce et/ou à l’étranger, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience professionnelle en entreprise et/ou au sein d'un cabinet d'avocats et vous faites preuve d’aisance pour travailler en anglais (oral et écrit) et disposez idéalement de notions en matière financière et comptable. Vous avez le sens du travail en équipe, vous êtes organisé(e) et autonome, vous faites preuve de dynamisme, d’aisance relationnelle et de disponibilité et vous êtes motivé(e) pour participer à des projets variés dans le domaine technique et exigeant de l'assurance.About AXAWhy AXA ?
