It's exciting, you'll see!As a working student within Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) you will play a key role in supporting our CLM team by helping drive customer activation through targeted email campaigns and other communication channels. You will assist in setting up marketing communications within our CRM tool to reach customers at critical moments in their lifecycle.With a passion for email marketing and customer engagement, you will contribute to refining our best-in-class communication strategies. Additionally, you will analyze the performance of CLM campaigns and develop actionable insights to maintain and grow our customer base. Your role will also involve supporting the rollout of various marketing promotions through data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the setup and execution of email and other marketing communications through our CRM tool, ensuring they reach customers at the right moments in their lifecycle.Bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas to enhance our email marketing and customer communication efforts.Create reports and analyze the performance of CLM campaigns to assess their effectiveness in customer activation and retention.Contribute to the development of communication strategies informed by data insights.Support the implementation of marketing promotions aimed at enhancing customer engagement.Main Objectives:Currently enrolled in a marketing, business administration, or a similar degree program.
