Responsibilities:
Based in a home office, ideally in the Lyon region or neighbouring departments, reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will also be in close contact with our market managers and application engineers, both in France and at Group level
You will develop your sector (01, 38, 39, 71, 73 and 74) by winning the loyalty of your OEM and end-user customers, by working with your distributor partners and by expanding your portfolio by winning new accounts
Your technical and commercial approach is based on expertise (after in-house training), advice, the proposal of innovative solutions with high added value, and the quality of products and services. You are committed to developing your geographical area
Qualifications:
Ideally with both a technical and commercial background, you will have over 5 years experience in marketing mechanical (bearings, gearboxes, transmissions, pumps, geared motors, etc.) or chemical (lubricants, adhesives, plastics, paints, gases, etc.) products and solutions for a manufacturer or specialist distributor
You are solution-oriented and enjoy building long-term, quality relationships while combining a sense of results with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be able to communicate with the Group in English. German is a plus. You will be available to travel in the field, staying in a hotel for 2 to 3 nights a week
