Mission

Within the dynamic Europe Watches & Fine Jewelry division, you are part of the CRM team, attached to the Marketing department.In a context of double-digit growth, we want to deliver an engaging & memorable client experience. In this regard, you help elaborating and putting into motion the client strategy plan according to both Europe and markets priorities.Within this role, you will be working in coordination with many different teams: Watches & Fine Jewelry Europe teams, Watches & Fine Jewelry global division teams, Europe Fashion and F&B CRM teams, IT, Data, Digital & Innovation teamsYou help orchestrating the client communications with markets :You operationally set up the necessary communication tools: EDM, print, SMS, assets in our clienteling tool…You help with the various briefs to the Watches & Fine Jewelry division and Europe Artistic Direction to answer business & markets needsYou manage the orders of CRM toolsYou contribute to improve access to client knowledge through data analysis: Campaign reports, client KPI, ad hoc requests, competition benchmarkYou participate in building and animating our WFJ CRM community with division and marketsYou are passionate about client engagement topics and want to understand our W&FJ clientsCurious, you like to try new things in a “test & learn” mindset, within a division open to many opportunitiesAgility is a key success factor to work on different topics & projects, with different markets & counterparts in a complex matrix environmentYou are at ease with dealing with last minute requests and changesCompleting higher education, you have preferably one strong experience in client and / or data analyticsRigorous, you like to analyze complex data to find insights, share & build action plansPragmatic & pro-active, you see solutions when facing a problem or obstacleYou bring your positive mindset and are a strong team playerYou need to be fluent in English, master the pack office, excel in particularYou will have a comprehensive overview of client topics, in terms of engagement, data and digital ecosystemYou will gain full understanding of Watches & Fine jewelry specificities, whilst being exposed to CHANEL’s other business divisionsYou will evolve in a dynamic and collaborative team, having the possibility to make an impactYou will learn how to deal with a complex environment, in collaboration with a multitude of counterpartsParis 8emeStage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2025
