Mission
Stilla® is recruiting for the position in the R&D "Reagents & Assay Development" team.
The team's objectives are to:
- Develop new reagents and digital PCR assays to expand Stilla's offering or as service projects for customers.
- Acquire knowledge, conduct proof-of-concept studies and publish application content on a variety of topics to showcase the full application potential of the Nio™ system. Application areas include oncology, cell and gene therapy, infectious diseases and many others.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the continuous improvement of Stilla® products.
The principal missions for the applicant are:
- Participate in Assay and Reagent development projects as defined by the R&D managers:
- Perform autonomously various R&D experiments as defined by the Reagents & Assay Development program and the R&D managers, within key deadlines.
- Ensure the progress and completion of the experimental part of projects and their documentation (In-depth data analysis. Document and ensure traceability of all experiments performed and their results).
- Interface with all R&D teams to carry out troubleshooting experiments aimed at resolving R&D problems and customer complaints.
- Be a driving force behind the development and troubleshooting of assays and reagents.
- Contribute to the improvement, writing and updating of molecular biology laboratory protocols. Be a leading force in proposing new processes.
- Contribute to the generation of scientific content for Application notes and Technical notes.
- Report regularly to management.
- Respect the values of Stilla® Technologies.
Profil recherché
Has a master specializing in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or a related discipline
And
- Has at least 2 years of technical experience in Assay & Reagent Development or molecular biology field
Or
Has a bachelor's degree / BTS in in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or a related discipline
And
Has at least 6 years' experience as Engineer assistant with technical experience in Assay & Reagent Development or molecular biology field
- Must be adaptable, organized, rigorous and results oriented. Skilled at multi-tasking and working flexibly around schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed with strong initiative and an ability to work autonomously.
- Feels responsible for the advancement of projects, high data.
- Adept at working in a team with strong team spirit.
- Embraces high goals and a desire to contribute to technical innovations for the life sciences.
- Is passionate about genomics and healthcare.
