The AXA Cloud Business Unit has an end-to-end responsibility for Cloud Products, Cloud Adoption Program Management, Infrastructure Modernization, Entity engagement and Migration to the Cloud.
Its mission is to accelerate the digital transformation and enable innovation of the AXA Group by delivering Global Cloud Products and platforms, leveraging Cloud expertise across the group to improve the time to deliver, security and reduction of operational IT costs.
The Cloud Business Unit also host the Management of the ATLAS Program, the single largest Program of the AXA Group.
Process FinOps Specialist
Your main tasks:
As a Process FinOps Specialist in the Cloud Operational Excellence Unit, you will focus on various activities with the following main responsibilities:
·Ensure AXA FinOps Strategy evolution to increase level of FinOps Maturity across the Group.
·Secure tracking and implementing AXA FinOps activities .
·Improve Cost visibility and transparency of all Cloud component costs across AXA.
oSecure implementation of AXA Group Operations processes and price cards in FinOps activities
· liaise with AXA GO Products on price cards and charging mechanisms .
· Liaise with AXA GO Finance & Procurement to secure Cloud Service Providers external and internal invoicing process .
·Provide expertise on licensing process
o Align Plans to the Business and manage governance activities with AXA entities.
·Secure breakdown definition of Budget/Forecast and Cost Optimization target with maximum granularity
· Monitor with Entities drive and acceleration the implementation of the Cost Optimization opportunities.
· Provide expertise to AXA entities with Mini-business cases, Tracking and trending.
·Closely work with Cloud Service Provider FinOps specialist for daily activities including definition of Forecast, Budget Alerts, Anomaly Detector, and other tools.
o Provide expertise on Cost optimization opportunities , support definition for best practices for Cost Optimization and governing this across the AXA Group including:
o Provide insight on reviewing of FinOps Cost Optimization opportunities .
· Maintain relationships with cloud service providers to ensure AXA is taking advantage of the best FinOps opportunities and contractual benefits.
· Experience in Cloud operations and/or financial management , familiar with cloud-based architectures, cloud provider tools, financial and systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
·Experience in IT asset management or cost accounting is a plus
· Certifications from Cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and/or FinOps Foundation
·Ability to influence topics and people to achieve results .
·Proven ability in conducting and presenting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
· Strong financial and analytical skills
·Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
·Deep experience of Microsoft Office Suite & Power BI required (extensive knowledge of Excel required)
·Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
·A degree in computer science, Financials, or equivalent professional experience
·English mandatory, French Optional
