Au sein du service maintenance, sous la responsabilité du Responsable Maintenance, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes :
· Respect des règles de sécurité, qualité et d’hygiène du monde pharmaceutique
· Participe au planning de changement de fabrication
· En binôme avec l’ingénieur vision, il effectue les contrôles et interventions des caméras selon les procédures définies
· Prépare et réalise les changements de fabrication sur les équipements de conditionnement et vidéo en salle blanche
· Suivi et mise à jour de la schémathèque
· Participation à l’amélioration des procédures de maintenance (réduction des arrêts mécaniques, électriques et du taux de rebus)
· Savoir réagir face aux incidents pour diagnostiquer la panne et faire redémarrer la ligne de production au plus vite
· Maintenir les machines en bon état de fonctionnement et réaliser les entretiens préventifs
· Exprimer les besoins d’achats de maintenance et d’interventions d’organismes extérieurs
Qualifications
- Niveau BAC+2 ou équivalent, de type BTS en Maintenance et Automatismes Industriels (MAI)
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum (en industrie de préférence)
- Compétences en électricité, mécanique et pneumatique
- Habilitation électrique souhaitée
- Bon esprit d’équipe et méthodique
- Poste en 3x8 ou 2x12
- Salaire à négocier selon le profil
- 13ème mois
