Mission

Your environment : You will join the Global Customer Projects organisation of Schneider Electric, and specifically the teams who are in charge of delivering large and complex international projects to our customers. You will report solid line to our VP of Customer Satisfaction & Quality for this organisation and will join a team of 15+ experienced professionnals. Within this organisation, our nuclear projects (involving the manufacturing and commissioning of high-medium voltage electrical equipments) represent a key and growing business. Based in Grenoble, you will partner with the nuclear organisation on a day-to-day basis to help deliver best-in-class quality for all our business to customers in the nuclear market. The scope of the role in international - France being our biggest market currently. Your role : You will manage the Quality System and continuous performance within the Nuclear projects business to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure legal and ISO requirements. In this role you are appointed as Nuclear Referent, having authority to manage nuclear safety and quality issues and unrestricted access to Top Management. Your missions : Quality management system / improvement : You will manage ISO certification audits, customer audits, external and internal audits You will deploy and improve all the quality system documents You will conduct, in collaboration with the Customer Project Office (CPO) team, the "Quality lessons learned" analysis and maintain a list of quality issues encountered during the execution of projects You will support the CPO for the audits program for nuclear projects: For intra-Group, co-animate with the Supply Chain teams a regular review of the performance, ensuring strong collaboration with factories in order to solve issues on projects and drive continous improvements with the support of the Nuclear Squad For outside-Group suppliers (including site contractors), audit suppliers and determine their capability to deliver required good on time and coach the suppliers to match SE expectations. Quality all along the project's lifecycle: You will support the tender manager, during the selling phase, to analyse quality requirements, assess their impact and propose solutions to fulfill them You will build the Project Quality Plan (PQP) including : internal and external audits, surveillance of design and manufacturing activities, validation of quality related documentation (included End of Manufactoring Reports / Sign the declarations of conformity) and management of non-conformities/exemptions with the customer You will attend projects meetings and regularly report to the Project Manager and to the customer the progress of quality actions and provide alerts when a quality risk may impact the project objectives You will organize, in collaboration with the project team and with the customer, off site inspections related to orders placed through the supply chain, liaising with project personnel and manufacturing facilities / companies to ensure that quality requirements are cascaded, are understood and are being met Customer experience: You will conduct, in collaboration with account managers, customer interviews in order to measure the level of customer satisfaction You will analyse feedback in order to define and select improvement actions to be included in the activity continuous improvement action plan You have : An engineering/Master's degree in engineering (electrical engineering prefered) Minimum 10 years experience working in Quality assurance.
