We are currently recruiting for a leading international player in the entertainment and video game industry. With a strong global presence and successful franchises, the company is recognized for its creativity, innovation, and immersive storytelling experiences.

As part of their growing team, they are now looking for a E-Commerce Assistant (internship) to join them and contribute to exciting international projects.

Missions :

Within the EMEA headquarters you will be part of the E-commerce team under the supervision of its manager.

The Official Bandai Namco Store # sell Premium and limited physical items (Collector’s Editions, Figurines, Vinyls..) as well as Digital games to our fans in Europe and Australia. Our goal is to offer great services and a local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...)

You will carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):

  • Maintain our product roadmap with all key information updated
  • Reach out to our suppliers/partners/MKT to collect all relevant assets needed to launch items on our Store
  • Brief our internal agency responsible for creating visuals, banners, and videos for the store
  • Coordinate with our internal department responsible for translating product descriptions
  • Create attractive product pages with the right level of information for customers and ensure accessibility through the Home page, listing pages, internal search, and Google
  • Set up and launch promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday Sale, Summer Sale) and analyze sales performance
  • Gather key information needed to create a comprehensive request for quotation and interpret partner proposals effectively. Compile them into a dashboard for sharing with other teams.
  • Conduct product benchmarking for new projects (apparel, vinyls, figurines, lamps, goodies, etc.)
  • Monitor the platform/website to ensure optimal customer experience, smooth navigation, absence of bugs, and correct translations

Profil recherché :

  • Master’s degree majoring in Digital Marketing / Marketing / e-Commerce (ideally Master 2)
  • Genuine interest in and curious about the e-commerce sector
  • Good level of written and oral English, French would be a plus
  • Good organizational skills, versatility, rigor, and sense of priorities
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Interest in video games would be appreciated
