Mission

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Network Logistics Manager (f/m) to join our Logistics department based in Marignane, Les Florides site, France.


You will join the Logistics team in charge of front office for spare parts and MRO activities for the Asian Customer Centers.

The position will consist of ensuring in close cooperation with the customer centers in Asia, the Material and Logistics Service performance, cost efficiency and service quality of the network distribution for spare & repair activity. The Network logistics Manager is the focal point to fix and animate all logistics issues in a very operational mode.

In addition, you will play a key role leading, contributing in regional projects in order to improve our logistics performance and cost optimization.

Your challenges:

  • Monitor, improve, fix issues in the daily operations and optimize the Customer Center's (CC) parts distribution flow performance
  • Standardize Customer Centers by implementing franchising handbook standards, processes and KPIs within the network and to ensure the sustainability.
  • Reinforce partnership between central Material and Logistics Service Center, local Customer Centers and Regional Hubs.
  • Be the Logistic Representative of all CC's and their customers in the Mother Company for logistics issues (program management, Key Account Manager, AOG, Missing parts etc.).
  • Coordinate the improvements plans for our distribution network.
  • Monitor with the CC's the KPI's of operational and financial performance, customer satisfaction and risks/opportunities.
  • Organize regular meetings/visits with the CC's to enhance the relation between the CCs and the central organization.


This role will involve regular travel for business (one time per year per CC at least).

Your profile:

  • Analytical mind : ability to work and cross data
  • Assertiveness when focusing on major stakes
  • Communication skills
  • Desired experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (strategic or operational procurement, logistics, customer contract readiness and/or execution etc.)Knowledge of SAP and SIEBEL (recommanded)
  • Knowledge of contract management is definitely a plus


Language skills :

  • English: advanced
  • French : advanced
  • Spanish language can be a plus.
