We are looking for a Software Engineer JAVA Specialist!
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer JAVA Specialist with 11+ years of experience in Java, SQL, and Azure DevOps. This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions tailored to business and customer needs.
Location: Luxembourg
Contract Duration: 220 days
Modality: Hybrid – 2 days per week at the office (Near-site)
What Will You Do?
Develop and customize software for internal and external customers.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery.
Support the build, validation, deployment, and release processes.
Perform basic system administration for Unix-based systems.
Generate reports on pipeline execution results.
Conduct root cause analysis for issues in development and production environments.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (or equivalent applied experience).
Languages: Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
11+ years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in Java and SQL.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps for software development and deployment.
Excellent Unix system usage and administration skills.
Deep knowledge of Java programming language and its runtime environment.
Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and stored procedures.
Ability to understand the broader context of source code and align it with business objectives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in communicating complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
