Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with their inquiries regarding various products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through processes and educate them about our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with customer service software is a plus.
