Deep in the heart of the Ardèche region, Domaine de Segries watersportscentre in France (known as ‘Segs’) is the home of our world famous ArdècheAdventure canoe holidays.

Make a difference as an Activities Manager River

As the Activities Manager River, you’ll beat the heart of delivering an unforgettable River Descent experience throughthe breathtaking Ardeche Gorge. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team,ensuring every guest’s journey is safe, smooth, and full of adventure.

You’ll take charge of every element—both onland and on water—by coordinating logistics, overseeing river activities, andensuring that all safety standards (from national regulations to PGL’s ownpolicies) are flawlessly followed. Whether it’s guiding guests through theriver’s twists and turns or managing the magical overnight bivouac, you’ll bethe driving force behind delivering these incredible guest experiences.

Is this you?

  • A proven leader of people, able to coach, manage, inspire and train others to succeed.
  • Skilled in people management and colleague welfare
  • BPJEPS canoë-kayak et disciplines associées en eau vive (Brevet professionnel de la jeunesse, de l’éducation populaire et du sport) or equivalent
  • French language skills are beneficial, but not essential for this role.
  • PGL will assist with the right to workprocess if you are not an EU national. We are committed to the principles ofequality and diversity and welcome applicants from all sectors of thecommunity, but you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS (criminalreference) check (paid for by PGL).
