About the role:
This is critical role within the France Team with responsibility to be the owner and expert in External and Internal Data and Systems efficiency within MS Dynamics and Power BI reporting. You will have the ability to connect data sources and use your analytical skills to assist with any changing reporting needs of the business. You will work closely to support the Commercial business partners, Enablement and Data and Insights teams in line with a strong
Teams culture in delivering to the rest of the business.
This is a temporary role (12 months contract).
The ideal candidate will be based in Île de France.
Your Key duties and responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing data quality to ensure that customer data (, Accounts, Contacts, Relationships, Addresses are free from duplication
Quality checking of all new Accounts and Contacts created within a week
Perform analysis and test on the CRM and Power BI to verify overall data quality is maintained, identify potential issues and propose, and support implementation of solutions both process and technical to improve data quality
Define processes for carrying out data quality monitoring on the CRM system ensuring that all areas are covered
Validate any new SFE CRM users as part of the onboarding process
Understand and support Segmentation and Targeting for the business
Deactivate any CRM accounts for leavers (and reallocate resources as required), as part of the offboarding process
Contribute to training material and creation of technical documentation and SOPs
Ensure territories reflect any ownership changes
Respond to queries relating to CRM data management and quality
Set data retention policies and archive data as and when relevant in line with existing Convatec policy
Ensure compliance to the Convatec Data Privacy Policy
Liaise with data vendors/ suppliers regarding any feedback or data issues and requests
Understand all data dependencies within the CRM system and advise on the impact of any changes
Champion the appropriate use of CRM data and fields
Work with the Commercial Business Partners and Data and Insights sub team to support any changes to the Insights reporting
Ensure the CRM is ready for new launches
Develop dashboards
Understand the CRM reporting that is in Power BI
Perform UAT Testing as required
Other – Ad hoc per business needs

Key requirements
Education/ Qualifications:
Business School graduate, Master’s degree or equivalent
Up to +2 years’ experience in Med Tech or Pharma
High proficiency and experience with Analytics, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, QlikView, Tableau
Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM desirable
Awareness of common data quality issues and ways to resolve them
Knowledge of a sales cycle within the Healthcare environment

Small amount of travel for business meetings
Languages
Fluency in French is mandatory as it is the primary language
English fluency is essential due to substantial interaction with Global & International teams
