Mission statement
Reporting to the Sales Director for France & Benelux, the Sales & Partner Analyst will be responsible for managing and delivering Business Intelligence and Sales Analytics systems and information for the French and Benelux territories. This role will enable the business to make informed strategic-decisions to achieve turnover and profitability targets. The ideal candidate should be extremely numerate and experienced with Business Intelligence tools and methodologies, good at building and maintaining relationships and able to work with colleagues from various departments and backgrounds.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
1. Business Planning
Use all available data to aid FR & BENELUX Sales Team in their business planning process.
Assist Sales Team in delivering business plans and adhoc CFMs.
Liaise with other departments as necessary to deliver updated title/brand expectations & forecasts.
2. Product Lifecycle Management
2-1. Sales Tracking
Preorder tracking, integration and analysis on key AAA titles.
Post launch sales and stock tracking on all active titles.
Daily sales tracking and reporting on key titles and during key periods.
Hourly sales tracking at launch of key AAA titles to give earliest indications possible on performance.
Identify opportunities/risks with individual retailers/skus, liaise with relevant account managers.
2-2. Promotional Planning
Model potential promotional scenarios and determine financial impact for titles to assist management team in formulating optimum strategies.
Monitor competitor promotions and results to refine understanding.
Post-mortem review of promotions that have occurred to determine effectiveness.
3. Data consistency check and integration
Make sure that data has been sent on time by the sales partners on the specific days.
Checking data conformity between data sent by retailers and Integration in Database.
Coordinate with stakeholders when data integration issues arise and follow-up until it is solved.
4. General
Always maintain excellent market and competitor knowledge.
Be aware of changing trends and disruptive technologies that may impact the business.
Deliver pertinent information in a timely manner to the business through internal meetings and other relevant newsletters/reports.
Manage relationship with market data providers including budgets and negotiations.
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis from any area of the business.
Provide reporting as required by Central Team.
Build and maintain relationship with colleagues in equivalent roles in Europe.
Ad-hoc business case analysis on potential local partnerships.
Manage relationship with GSD and help drive data strategy in changing market.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need:
Have exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written Communication skills.
Excellent computer skills – Excel (experience with VBA ideal), Microstrategy, Business Objects, Access Power-Point, Peoplesoft V9.
Strong presentation skills and an ability to present complicated data in a way that is accessible to all.
Good commercial and business awareness.
Be a highly organised self-starter, with drive and commitment.

Good team player able to work with different parties and bring them together.
